Resignation of Mr. G.S.Bali, A Cabinet Minister, Himachal Pradesh Government. It is shameful that Mr. G.S.Bali, a Cabinet Minister, in Himachal Pradesh has tendered his resignation within a short spell of five months newly formed Government under the Chief Minister ship of Sh. Vir Bhadra Singh, 6th time Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. The congress Party High Command should take action against him and he should be expelled from the party. Since he being the Cabinet Minister, does not know to whom the resignation is to be sent. Who is the competent authority to accept his resignation. He is black mailing the gentleman Chief Minister and exploiting the politics. Before taking this wrong step, he he consulted his voters of his constituency? What he wants? Now in such circumstances, the Chief Minister, should dismiss him from the ministry and party high command should exp ell him from the primary membership so that others should take notice of it and may not creat any indicipline more in the Government and the party.
