In my opinion, the officers of the stature of Chief Secretary,Governor, Chief Minister and Ministers, should not participate in such functions. In the function, where a tented dismissed employee , like Gopal Dass Verma, and charge sheeted class I V employee Prem Sharma, were present , this function is not more then that of exploitation of the common people. When such a high dignituries inaugurate and participate in such functions, the fate of the people and of the Tantriks is committed to be as it is happening with so called " Nirmal Baba" alias Nirmal Jit Singh Narula against whom sever FIRs have been lodged in different parts of the country for exploitation of the common man and hunting money of crores of rupees. Some days back, The Government, Himachal Pradesh, participated in a function at Solan, organised by KUMAR SWAMI, which is also wrong. The innocent poepl of the State are taking all such functions as their fate.
